How to use MARTUNBOUND

Everything below reflects exactly how the site actually works today — not a generic template. If something here doesn't match what you see, our FAQ or the chat icon in the corner can help.

Finding a piece

Browse the full collection from Collection in the header, or jump straight to a category — Eyewear, Leather, or Timepieces. On the collection page you can:

Type into the search bar — it matches on name and description as you type, and tolerates minor typos.
Tap the microphone icon next to search to search by voice, if your browser supports it.
Filter by size, material, and minimum rating, and drag the price slider to set a maximum.
Sort by newest, price, or rating.
Select up to 4 pieces to compare side by side using the floating compare bar that appears.

On a product page

Every product page includes:

A full image gallery, and a video for pieces that have one.
A size guide (for Eyewear and Timepieces) and a fit summary drawn from real reviewer feedback, once enough reviews exist.
For pieces with a configurable finish, a live 3D preview — pick a swatch and the price updates instantly.
Reviews and photos from verified buyers, plus a Q&A section you can ask a question in directly.
A QR certificate of authenticity — scan it or tap it to see the piece's edition number, materials, and sourcing.
A heart icon to save the piece to your Wishlist, which stays with your account once you're signed in.
If a piece is sold out, a "Notify me" button to get an email the moment it's back.
If a piece hasn't dropped yet, a live countdown and a waitlist signup in place of the usual add-to-bag button.

Your bag and checkout

Add pieces to your bag from any product card or product page — a small animation confirms it landed.
Open the bag from the icon in the header. You can adjust quantities, remove items, or save an item for later instead of removing it outright.
At checkout, sign in or create an account first — MARTUNBOUND requires an account to place an order, so your history, points, and returns all stay attached to you.
Enter your contact and shipping details. If every item in your bag is a digital piece, this step skips straight past shipping entirely.
Your shipping cost is calculated automatically from the address you entered — ₨ 200 within Islamabad, ₨ 350 anywhere else in Pakistan. Then choose how to pay:
- JazzCash or EasyPaisa — you'll see the exact amount and the number to send it to. After sending, upload a screenshot of the transfer. Your order is placed immediately but marked "awaiting verification" until an admin confirms the payment, usually quickly.
- Cash on Delivery — nothing to upload, pay when it arrives.
Optionally add gift wrapping and a gift message, or ship the order to someone else's address entirely.
If you have a discount code, gift card, or store credit balance, apply it before placing the order — the total updates live.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (₨) by default. Use the currency selector in the header to see prices converted to USD, GBP, EUR, or AED — this is a reference conversion only; JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers are always made in the exact PKR amount shown at checkout. MARTUNBOUND delivers within Pakistan.

After you order

You'll get an email confirmation, and further emails as your order ships and is delivered. From your account's Orders tab you can:

Track a real status timeline for any order, including a carrier tracking number once it ships (also viewable without signing in, from the tracking link in your email).
Download a PDF invoice.
Reorder everything from a past order in one click.
Cancel an order yourself, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery — once an admin approves and completes it, the refund lands as store credit you can spend on your next order.

Your account

Loyalty — earn points on every order, automatically promoted through Member, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, each with a bigger automatic discount.
Referrals — share your personal referral link; when someone you referred places their first order, you both earn bonus points.
Gift cards — buy one for someone else, or redeem a code you were sent at checkout.
Store credit — issued automatically from completed returns, redeemable at checkout.
Subscriptions — set any in-stock piece to reorder itself every 30, 60, or 90 days at a discount; pause, resume, or cancel any time.
Address book — save multiple addresses and mark a default.
Notification preferences — choose which emails and push notifications you actually want.
Support — open a ticket, or use the chat bubble in the corner for a faster back-and-forth; if you reference an order number, our team sees the order details automatically.
MARTUNBOUND Circle — a paid annual membership that waives shipping entirely, paid the same way as JazzCash/EasyPaisa orders.

Language and accessibility

Switch the site to Urdu from the language selector in the header — it also switches reading direction. The whole site works with a keyboard alone, respects your system's reduced-motion setting, and can be installed as an app on your phone or desktop from your browser's install prompt.
