How long do I have to return it?
You have 30 days from delivery. Tell us the day it arrived and we will count it for you — then remind you before it runs out.
Not arrived yet? Pick the day it is expected and we will show you the window you will have.
How to return something
- Open your account, go to Orders and choose Request return. Tell us why.
- Keep the piece unused and in its original packaging, with any certificate or accessories.
- Wait for our approval before you send anything back — we send you the instructions.
- Once we receive and check it, we refund what you paid and tell you how and when.
