These terms apply to your use of the MARTUNBOUND website and to every order placed through it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, so please read them alongside our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.
MARTUNBOUND (“we”, “us”) is an online store based in Pakistan that sells numbered-edition eyewear, leather goods, timepieces and related products, and hosts a marketplace where approved independent sellers can list their own pieces. You can reach us any time through our Contact page.
When you place an order we send a confirmation email. That email confirms we have received your order; it is not our acceptance of it. We accept an order when we confirm it for dispatch. Orders paid by JazzCash or EasyPaisa are confirmed only after we have verified your payment (see section 5).
We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund anything you have paid for it — if, for example, an item is unavailable or was listed at an obvious pricing error, we cannot verify your payment, the delivery address is incomplete, or our checks indicate a risk of fraud.
We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery times, charges and what happens if no one is available to receive an order are set out in the Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
You can cancel an order from your account before it ships. After delivery you can request a return from your account within 30 days. The full conditions are in our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer-protection law.
Many pieces are made in small numbered editions. Each listing shows the edition number and the size of the run, and eligible pieces carry a certificate you can verify by scanning its QR code or visiting our verification page. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on different screens.
Some pieces are sold by independent sellers through their own MARTUNBOUND store. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling the order; MARTUNBOUND takes payment, provides the platform and keeps a selling fee from each sale. Orders from sellers follow the same Shipping and Returns policies. Sellers agree to list only genuine goods they are entitled to sell, to keep their stock accurate, and to dispatch orders promptly. We may remove listings or stores that break these rules.
If you post a review, question or other content, you confirm it is honest, your own, and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, off-topic or infringes someone's rights.
Do not misuse the site: no scraping or automated ordering, no attempts to bypass security or manipulate prices, discounts or stock, no fraudulent orders or payment proofs, and no interference with other customers or sellers.
The MARTUNBOUND name, logo, photography, text and designs belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to browse and shop, and to share a product page, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
We take care to describe and photograph products accurately and to deliver them safely. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control such as courier delays, outages or natural events. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects your statutory rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it. We will update the “Last updated” date above whenever they change.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the competent courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have to bring a consumer complaint to the relevant authority.
